Elana Mann and Susan Mogul share a screen at Human Resources Los Angeles, with short videos from the mid 1970s through 2026. Through humor, storytelling, and spectacle Mann and Mogul perform various roles, including artist as billboard worker, artist as stand-up comic, artist as satellite dish, artist as oil rig and artist as donkey. The videos poke at the boundaries of art and the job of an artist in society. The program will last approximately an hour, followed by a post-screening conversation between Mann and Mogul and a Q+A with the audience. Popsicles and refreshments by Max and Gabriella Mann-Leonard will be available for purchase.
